Postal Voting - Now Anyone Can Vote by Post!
You can ask for an automatic Postal Vote for a set period or you can ask for a one-off Postal Vote in advance of any election. You cannot ask for a Postal Vote unless you are already on the Register of Electors.
To download a printable registration form in English
As the form is a legal document it needs to be printed, signed and sent to your local council. If you wish to complete a form but are unable to print it out, you can call the electoral registration office at your local council who will send you a form in the post. Please be patient during downloading as these are quite big files.
Some of the documents are only available for download as Adobe Acrobat .pdf files. You will require the Adobe Acrobat Reader (Version 4 or higher) to view and print the forms. If you don't have it then it is available free from Adobe Inc.
Please read the guidance notes contained in the leaflets before completing the form then return it to your local Electoral Registration Officer:
